Account details you provide (name, work email, company), the documents and data you connect to your workers, and standard usage and device information needed to run the service.
To operate Famulo, deliver the work your AI workers perform, secure your account, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
The documents, credentials, and data you connect are used only to do your work. We never use your confidential content to train shared models.
You can choose to keep your data in Canada or the US. We retain data for as long as your account is active and delete it on request, subject to legal obligations.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. We honor applicable privacy rights under Canadian and US law.
By using Famulo you agree to these terms. Famulo is operated by Appellect Solutions. During early access, features may change as we ship in waves.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information and permissions you grant to your workers.
Do not use Famulo to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to bypass its security and access controls. You remain responsible for reviewing work your workers produce.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. Paid plans bill in advance; an optional early-access reservation is applied to your first month.
Famulo is provided as-is during launch. We may update these terms; we’ll notify you of material changes and post the effective date here.
